Barley Creek Applejack won First Prize in the Brandy category at the inaugural Pennsylvania Farm Show Spirits Competition, which celebrates the craftsmanship of PA distillers. Made using local apples, Barley Creek Applejack is distilled twice and then aged for a year in oak barrels, making for an exceptionally smooth finish.
