Give your phone number to the cashier when you check out. You can also log in to your account through the app or when ordering online** to receive points and redeem rewards.

What do I get for signing up for your loyalty program?
You will receive 750 points just for signing up! It will be added to your account within 24 hours once you create your account in our mobile app or complete this registration form.
What is the difference between Creek and Mug Club?
Creek Club is free and accrues points every time you visit Barley Creek. Mug Club is a paid membership that offers instant discounts, exclusive events and monthly specials.
Do my reward points expire?
Creek Club points do not expire, but once you redeem a reward it expires within one month if not used at one of our locations.
I redeemed a free reward or received catering rewards, do those rewards expire?
Yes, your rewards will expire 30 days after they are issued to you or you redeem the reward. All expiration dates for your rewards can be found in your mobile app on online under account balance/transaction history.
How long does a Creek Club last?
Creek Club does not expire!
How long does a Mug Club last?
Each year, a member's mug clubs status will renew for $99.
Can I redeem multiple rewards at one time?
Yes! You can redeem however many rewards as you can based on your points.
Can I redeem my rewards on Happy Hour, Features, or Limited Time Offer menu items?
No unfortunately rewards may not be redeemed on specials, limited time offers or happy hour.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Barley Creek mobile app and tap on the hamburger icon on the top left corner (three horizontal lines). Then tap on “Edit Profile” and then “Delete Account” on the very bottom. You can also email rewards@barleycreek.com to request your account be permanently deleted. Your profile information including your first and last name, email address, zip code, phone number and birthdate will be deleted.
