We've got two new brews out this week! Our newest sour, Planet of the Apricots, uses a mixed culture fermentation that gives it a distinctly tart flavor sure to make your taste buds go WHOA! Conditioned on 100 pounds of apricots and coming in at 5% ABV, this sour will send you to a whole new planet. Sip slow, it's a doozy.
We've also done a new twist on our Downstairs Mix Up New England IPA. It's got notes of citrus, pineapple and mango, with a smooth crisp and lightly sweet backbone. Hazy, juicy and tropical, this NEPA strums the right chords. ABV 7% | IBU 44
