BARLEY CREEK IS COMMITTED TO YOUR SAFETY
Barley Creek is proud that we’ve been able to stay open continuously to help meet essential food needs within our community. You can be sure that the safety of our people, guests and neighbors is our top priority. We are constantly monitoring and following all the guidelines from the CDC and government health experts. This is our home. You are our people. We’re privileged to serve you, and we really appreciate your support now and always.
COVID RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTED
As we move through the stages of recovery, COVID restrictions continue to loosen in Pennsylvania. On May 13, 2021, the CDC and the PA Department of Health announced that masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated people in most places. That means guests and team members who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear masks at Barley Creek, effective immediately. People who are not fully vaccinated should continue wearing masks whenever not seated. On June 1, PA lifted COVID restrictions for businesses, so we're back to full capacity without the need for social distancing. Masking requirements for unvaccinated people will continue until 70% of Pennsylvanians over 18 are vaccinated.
Barley Creek will continue to follow expert guidance as we have since the beginning. We’ll continue to maintain the highest standards for sanitation and safety for our guests and team members. And for those who prefer a little more distancing, we continue to offer excellent outdoor dining options, contactless menus available, and curbside, takeout and delivery options.
Barley Creek has signed both the Pocono Promise and the PA Restaurant Promise. We have also self-certified with the state of Pennsylvania, showing our commitment to protecting the public, our employees, and our customers with a pledge to follow all federal, state and local guidelines throughout all phases of reopening and recovery.
