Barley Creek Whiskey uses two-row pale malt, cherry smoked malt, corn, and rye for an extremely smooth finish. We double-distill our whiskey and age it in small, custom American oak barrels to maximize contact with the wood and enhance flavor. Bottled at 80 proof, our whiskey is woody, creamy, and slightly sweet, with notes of vanilla and pear.
