You invite the right people, and we’ll do all the rest. We can come to your house, your yard, or even your tree fort. Or, have your party at our place. Inside, our Onyx Bar room seats 25-30 with a private bar. Outside, we have our incredible Pint Size Park and Beer Garden, the most unique space in the mountains, with room for up to 250 guests. We also have an easy catering option when you’re looking for a simple and delicious way to feed some folks but don’t need a full party.

We’ve included some sample menus below to get you started. Remember, the menus are just suggestions. We can make just about any food your heart desires. Our wedding experts can help you design the perfect party for your special day, with plenty of unique touches your guests won’t experience anywhere else. Private brewery tours and tastings. Dancing under the stars at the Pint Size Park. On-site ceremonies set against a beautiful mountain backdrop. Tiki bar, fire pits, beer garden and more. Our Pint Size Park is perfect for weddings, with seating for about 200 and space that can accommodate up to 250 guests between our covered pavilion, patio and tented beer garden. Tell us your budget. Our fine brews, excellent wine and classic mixed drinks are all reasonably priced, and when you are getting close to hitting the dollar limit we will discreetly let you know. You can then survey the level of fun and instruct us to close up the bar, switch it over to a cash bar or add to the limit. This option works well and is recommended for on-site events.

How do we reserve our date?

To find out if a date is available, email catering@barleycreek.com. In order to reserve the date and venue for your event, you must place a $100 deposit or $300 deposit for a wedding (deposits are non-refundable). Then, our catering team will work with you to create a proposal for your perfect event. When you receive the proposal (usually 6-8 weeks before your event), a deposit of 50% of the total estimated amount is due in order to confirm the booking of your event. The final balance is due in full on the day before your event. We accept all major credit cards, cash or check. There will be a 3% processing fee applied to credit card payments.

Do you provide staffing?

Yes! If you are interested in having an event at Barley Creek, we will provide all of your staffing needs. Our well-trained staff will help you in any way possible. If you are looking to host an off-site event we will work with you to determine your needs based on the event.

What about the leftover food?

Please take it home with you! We provide to-go boxes for you to pack up leftovers for the next day! The only exclusions to this are the Pig Roasts, BBQ options and any other per person option.

When do we need to give a final guest count?

We require a final guest count no later than 1 week prior to your event date. If you are
choosing a plated dinner, we need a meal count 3 days before the event.

Can I get something that’s not listed on the catering menu?

Absolutely! This menu is only a guide to help you make decisions. If you already have
something in mind, please let us know, and we will be sure to accommodate.

Do you accommodate last-minute orders?
