How do you celebrate 20 years in business? By brewing another great beer, of course. First tapped on our 20-year anniversary, our red lager is named for Barley Creek founders, Trip and Eileen Ruvane (Trip & Ei). This dark red beauty starts with a nice malty taste and then finishes crisp and clean. We added rose hips to the boil for a slight fruitiness, and then dry-hopped with specially ordered Liberty hops to bring out a mild spiciness with subtle citrus notes. Extremely drinkable, but watch out: this brew will sneak up on you.
