We’ve always been about getting fresh and local ingredients. This brew is the embodiment of that ideal. Hopped with Chinook throughout the boil, with a late wet hop addition of Cascade and Centennial, then double dry-hopped with more Chinook, this brew has a unique and complex flavor of Earth and citrus, while the malt bill lends a mild sweetness. A true Pennsylvania brew, these pints are for posterity. With locally sourced materials: malt from Double Eagle in Huntingdon Valley; hops from Murphy’s Hop Yard in Effort, Wet Hops from Ross & Ross Nursery in Cresco.
